In this episode of Artblog Radio, Roberta interviews Alex Rosenberg, a local artist, glass blower, educator, and rock climber! The two discuss his recent project with Eastern State Penitentiary, a performance in which he scaled the massive walls of the prison about a dozen times, including at the opening of the new art installations at the prison. To accompany the performance, he wrote a guide book on different routes of escape. The conversation also covers Rosenberg’s involvement in Netflix’s new glassblowing competition show “Blown Away,” which you can view on Netflix NOW!
