Artblog’s 2021 Auction and Birthday Party!
Auction Online at BetterWorld*
Saturday, October 23, 8:00AM TO Thursday, October 28, 8:00PM
Birthday Celebration Thursday, Oct. 28, 7-8 PM – Online on Zoom
Hey, Friends! It’s our second pandemic-year auction! We’re holding Artblog’s auction and birthday celebration online for safety reasons and also to make the auction and party as accessible as possible. This year, the auction site is at Better World, and you don’t need to sign up to participate. Our auction is public and available to browse now– but come back Oct. 23, 8 AM, when the auction goes LIVE with even more artwork! Check out the stunning art from excellent contemporary Philadelphia artists like Roberto Lugo, Annette Monnier, Mikel Elam, Rebecca Rutstein, and Bryan Warner! You can find the list as of today (and it’s still growing!) below, along with information about our birthday celebration.
You don’t need a sales pitch from us! You know Philadelphia art is excellent, and you want to support artists. Artblog wants to support artists, too, and we are offering 25% of the sale price back to the artist as a token of respect for their importance to you, to us, and to Philadelphia. We hope to see you soon, at Artblog’s 2021 auction!

*BetterWorld automatically attaches 2 additional charges to each transaction, both of which you can opt out of. To opt out of the credit card fee, which is fine, and Artblog will pay it, deselect the button next to “I want to cover the $— credit card transaction fee.” The second fee is the Better World fee — which is not required of you, and the money does NOT come to Artblog but goes to Better World to support them. You will find this fee labeled: “fundraising costs for this organization” Under that fee, “click on the “?” A paragraph of text explains the fee covers the costs of Better World. You can certainly support them in what they do! But if you choose not to, then read the last sentence in the paragraph, and click the hyperlink at the end of the text that says ” …please click here” and a window opens where you can opt out of the fee.
