Da Vinci Art Alliance is pleased to announce that the 2023 Fellowship and Residency Program applications are open. Inspired by the vision of DVAA’s founders to build community through art, both Programs were created to better serve the DVAA Membership and the Philadelphia arts community at large.

Fellowship Program

Awarded to 3 emerging or underrepresented artists each year, this program was designed to support and provide a platform for groups who have disproportionately been denied access and representation in the visual arts due to institutional discrimination. Each recipient will be offered a 3-week long exhibition at DVAA, a 3-year long membership, support and guidance from DVAA staff, a financial stipend, and more.

Residency Program

The DVAA residency program is a month-long studio residency and year-long professional development program designed to support artists from a diverse range of backgrounds. We award the residency to 10 artists, and each recipient will have 24-hour access to the DVAA studio space for a full month, a 2-year membership, ongoing feedback and professional development support from DVAA staff, and more.

Da Vinci Art Alliance (DVAA) is accepting applications to their Fellowship & Residency Programs! Three DVAA Fellows will be awarded a stipend, a 3-week long exhibition, a 3-year membership at DVAA, and more.
