A black-and-white, two-panel comic with the title 3:00 at the top, meaning 3 o’clock in the afternoon, shows two women holding hands and running down a litter-strewn sidewalk. One woman is black and one is white and they’re dressed in identical Phillies coveralls with a big “P” on the chest. It is not clear, but the bottom panel shows the looting of a Foot Locker store that happened recently in Center City Philadelphia, where shoes and Phillies branded gear were looted.
