Yolanda Wisher attended Lafayette College and later earned her master’s at Temple. She has taught English at Germantown Friends School and served as the Director of Art Education for the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program. Wisher is a Hedgebrook Writer-in-Residence, and last year she was a Pew Fellow.
